To ensure viewing of the live webcam feed, please make sure you have Mozilla Firefox installed. If not, please go here.
Also make sure to download VLC Media Player and when installing, choose the Mozilla Firefox plug-in.
Once both are installed, you will need to restart Firefox. (Close & reopen)
